Series 365 Vic-Plug?Valve

The Series 365 Vic-Plug?is a grooved end eccentric plug valve designed to ANSI/AWWA standards primarily for water and wastewater treatment services. Series 365 is available in 3 - 18" (80 - 450 mm) sizes. The body conforms to AWWA C-509 standard end-to-end dimensions. Grooved ends conform to ANSI/AWWA C-606 rigid groove specifications to allow easy installation with Victaulic?Style 31 couplings, Style 307 Transition couplings (3 - 12"/80 - 300 mm) or in combination with Style 341 Vic-Flange?adapters (3 - 18"/80 - 450 mm). Various types of manual and automatic operators are available. Vic-Plug valves feature adjustable chevron packing and various body and plug coatings to meet specific service requirements. The standard outside coating is an alkyd phenolic primer unless otherwise specified. The eccentric plug design assures bubble-tight sealing up to 175 PSI (1200 kPa) for 3 - 12" sizes and 150 PSI (1034 kPa) for 14 - 18" sizes as the plug cams into the seat. Bi-directional sealing to 50 PSI (345 kPa) is standard with full bidirectional sealing to 175 PSI (1200 kPa) for 3 - 12" sizes and 150 PSI (1034 kPa) for 14 - 18" sizes optionally available. Self-lubricated stainless steel bearings with protective o-rings resist corrosion to prevent binding and prolong valve life.

Series 377 Vic-Plug?Balancing Valve

Series 377 Vic-Plug?balancing valve is the first eccentric grooved end plug valve for throttling services. Victaulic Style 307 Transition couplings are available to directly connect Vic-Plug valves to grooved end steel and other IPS pipe. Vic-Plug valves are cast of durable cast iron and coated with alkyd enamel. The eccentric plug, integral with upper and lower stems, is cast of high strength ductile iron, as are the bonnet and packing gland. The plug is encapsulated with Grade
?EPDM rubber, suitable for water, potable water and similar services. Other plug coatings include neoprene, nitrile and fluoroelastomer. The eccentric design also assures shut-off sealing up to 175 PSI (1200 kPa) as the plug cams into the seat. Bi-directional sealing is optionally available. The seat is a welded-in nickel overlay for corrosion resistance and long sealing life. The plug rests on PTFE glass-filled thrust washers which reduce the opening torque. Stainless steel anti-seize bearings are self-lubricating. Vic-Plug is supplied with a lever operator in 3 - 6" (80 - 150 mm) sizes. Gear operators available for all sizes. Memory stops are standard. A full range of actuators, stem extensions and chain wheels are available.

Series 785 125 PSI Solder End Circuit Balancing Valve

The TA Hydronics (formerly known as Tour & Andersson) balancing valves offer a reliable, simple and cost effective way to measure and balance all flow rates. Full throttling range is achieved by 4, 8, 12 or 16 full turns of the handwheel, enabling a precise setting. This high degree of accurate adjustment means that the system now can be balanced precisely. NOTE: All TA Circuit Balancing Valves include a concealed memory feature with a locking tamper-proof setting. All valves are rated to +250
(+120) and ?2(?0). Service will be governed by the connecting coupling gasket ratings for grooved and flanged valves.
